VOUW at Light + Building Frankfurt 2026

From 8–13 March, VOUW presented its work at Light + Building in Frankfurt, the world’s largest fair for lighting and building technology.

For the first time, we showed Bloomlight S and Bloomlight L together.

Our interactive lamps respond to human presence.
No buttons. No apps. Just you.

Bloomlight L, our original outdoor lantern, has travelled from Milan to Sydney and from Qatar to Amsterdam. At the fair it once again drew curious visitors as it slowly turned towards people and opened its light.

Next to it stood Bloomlight S, the newest member of the family. A more intimate version designed for the home, welcoming you with the same gentle movement.

Over five days we spoke with over 200 visitors from more than 40 countries, from Singapore to the United States. Alongside the Bloomlights, Chairwave also attracted attention, our kinetic seating that encourages strangers to sit next to each other.

In a hall full of lights, it was nice to see people pause.

That small moment of interaction is exactly what we design for.
